Had the opportunity to work with Matt on a short sale. Had been negotiating with the bank for well over a year and kept getting stonewalled. Decided to reach out to Matt and his team and it was the best decision I could have made! Happy to say I closed on an awesome 3-unit property for an equally awesome amount. Their team went above and beyond, even leveraging their extensive list of contacts, to help me in other areas to get the deal done. Will definitely be using them for any short sale deals I have moving forward.

I had an outstanding experience with Matthew and his very powerful team at Realestate Recovery Group. He was highly recommended by my real estate agent, and together they guided me through the successful sale of my property, avoiding foreclosure activity, and a possibly uncertain financial outlook. Matthew and his colleagues were exceptionally patient and always available whenever I had a question or concern. I will always be grateful for the effort and time spent on my behalf, and the wonderful conclusion! Thank you RRG!

Words cannot express how very grateful Bob and I are for all of the time and energy that Matt, Lia, and Gaby spent making the sale of our condo a reality. It was a long and difficult negotiation, but it all worked out. Their expertise, as well as the kindness and caring support
that they extended to us during the process, gave us the hope that all would be well. And, indeed, it was! Heartfelt thanks to all!

Absolutely incredible! Matt and his team are exceptional in every way. If you're seeking a legitimate business that delivers results, look no further. As a listing agent, I had the pleasure of helping them close a particularly challenging deal. I am beyond impressed with their efforts, ethics, and outstanding customer service. Their genuine care for homeowners is truly rare in this industry. Thank you, Matt and Lia. I look forward to closing more deals together in the future.

Matt was incredible! He truly cares about helping your family! My family and I have been carrying the burden of our once home for more than 5 years. The bank sued my mother because she was unable to make payments and because she was a victim of theft but had no money for an attorney to fight her cause. Matt and his team stepped in! He explained the bank jargon to us in ways that made sense so that we were equipped to make decisions and not be cheated. Though it was fight to clear my mother’s name, it was accomplished! Today, we are free from the debt of our old home! It’s a shame how mortgage companies do not care about people. Thankfully companies like Matt’s, proves that there is still good in this world!

Matt is amazing and he’s the real deal! He loves to help people in unfortunate situations and always finds a solution. Matt has been helping people for 20 years. They thought they had no options at all . Matt says foreclosure should never be an option! I highly recommend Matt!
